Borrowing Event Waste Minimisation Resources
Rethink Waste Whakaarohia supports the loan of event waste minimisation resources for event organisers.
These resources are suitable for small to medium size events and are available on a first-come-first-served basis (conditions of use apply). The resources are managed by Waste No More and are available for events taking place in the Nelson region. The following items are available to book and are free of charge unless otherwise specified:
- Rethink Waste Flags
- Fill your bottle here flags
- Public waste bin covers
- Waste grabbers
- Recycling crates
- Waste, Recycling, Compost triangular bin lids for 240L wheely bins
- Signage for bin stations
- Plates, cutlery and cups (charges apply)
Please note that these resources do not include wheely bins or waste/recycling services, which should be organised with your waste service provider.
